EI 120
Description
LINEAR is a fire-resistant, water-based acrylic sealant for fire rated joints. It cures to a semi-flexible seal and prevents the penetration of fire, smoke, gas and water. The sealant has good adhesion to most substrates. After reaction with moisture, the sealant hardens into an elastic joint with good mobility. The product is frost-resistant during transportation and crack-free during installation and can be painted over.
Area of use
LINEAR is intended for fire-rated horizontal and vertical joints between plasterboard walls and solid ceilings as well as walls made of concrete, lightweight concrete, etc. Walls and floor structures must be built according to the manufacturers' instructions in class EI 60 or EI 120.
